Aim for the sky but set your sights on the next step. Setting goals is a good thing but you need to devise realistic strategies to achieve them. You must be willing to take small steps before you can run the marathon. Think of getting healthier as being in training over many months. Be patient with yourself, love and trust yourself, and be willing to fall and jump back up. And most importantly surround yourself with champions, those people that have the same mindset of success.
