DR. JULIA, MINDSET MEDICINE EXPERT,
DESCRIBES PERSONAL AWARENESS MEDICINE™

YOUR PRESCRIPTION FOR A VIVID LIFE

Personal Awareness Medicine is a process to aid in the elimination of persistent health problems such as weight gain, fatigue, depression, stress, and insomnia in a more comprehensive and natural way.

Personal Awareness Medicine has led many people towards better sexuality, more energy, less insomnia and a greater sense of strength and well-being.

Your life reflects your thoughts and beliefs.  There is a link between our inner conversations and our physical experience. If we have negative beliefs, strong negative emotional anchors(hate, shame, blame, anger, distrust etc) , and destructive conversations within our minds then we will notice our environment magnetizes this energy and we are surrounded by people who express shame, blame, anger, and distrust. Because energy, both positive and negative, that is generated by our intent is expressed externally. If we are abusive and negative to ourselves, our lives are filled with abusive and negative people. It’s that simple.

Let’s look at this in terms of our physical vitality. If we wake up in the morning with thoughts of feeling unhealthy, in pain, and stressed, then we attract situations and symptoms that support this inner conversation. The key here is awareness. We are responsible for our own health and well being. The starting point is your thoughts and beliefs.

WHAT IS PERSONAL AWARENESS MEDICINE™?

Personal Awareness Medicine is a process where one reduces or eliminates persistent health problems such as weight gain, fatigue, depression, stress, and insomnia in a comprehensive more holistic and natural way. Patients today are reflexively prescribed a cocktail of medications to alleviate many bothersome symptoms. But Personal Awareness Medicine takes a different approach. Personal Awareness Practitioners focus on all three components of overall health: body, mind, and spirit – not just physical symptoms. By acknowledging and improving all these three aspects of health and wellness, practitioners of Personal Awareness Medicine do much more than mitigate symptoms of those with which they are caring, they get to the root of the actual problem of their patients thereby enabling themselves to thrive more efficiently in their work and to realize their fullest potential as a patient medical physician or provider. Often, patients with chronic problems already know what is needed to achieve the happier, healthier, wealthier and more vital life they desire such as exercise more and eat a better diet, but their own goals get pushed aside or forgotten in the hustle and bustle of everyday life or suppressed due to other issues. As a result patients settle or yearn for the quick fix of a pill instead of investing in their journey to a more vivid life. The practice of Personal Awareness Medicine has led many patients toward a life filled with more energy, better sleep, an improved sex life, and a greater sense of strength and well-being.

“This is a levelheaded and no-nonsense approach to recognizing and dealing with self-
esteem issues and learning really to look inside yourself.” — Libby Prakel

PERSONAL AWARENESS MEDICINE IS DIFFERENT

This unique system developed by Dr. Bowlin combines accountability with holistic health practices. Personal Awareness Medicine:

  • Combines meditation, intuition, and awareness to find out what health habits are working and what’s not
  • Provides a complete health toolbox that uses tools from many different wellness practices
  • Draws a far more complete picture of total health than present day Allopathic Medicine practices.
  • Utilizes recommendations from a real life, award winning doctor
  • Focuses on all components of total health, not just one
  • Identifies hidden, underlying causes to chronic problems

PHILOSOPHY OF PERSONAL AWARENESS MEDICINE

Your life reflects your thoughts and beliefs.  There is a link between our inner conversations and our physical experience. If we have negative beliefs, strong negative emotional anchors(hate, shame, blame, anger, distrust etc) , and destructive conversations within our own minds then we will notice our environment magnetizes this energy and we are surrounded by people who express shame, blame, anger, and distrust.

BE in a state of good health don’t strive for it. Trying  to be healthy implies you are working on it and gives you an excuse if you fail. Being  healthy implies a healthy state and the commitment of a lifestyle.

Health is not a state to strive for it is a state that exists if you don’t ruin it!

PAWAR, pronounces "POWER", stands for "Personal Awareness and Responsibility". In the practice of medicine, I believe PAWAR means you claim and participate in Personal Awareness and Responsibility for your care of your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

To express PAWAR in your health means to be empowered as a person. PAWAR means to claim and own your thoughts, feelings, and actions and to recognize the link between yourself and your ability to potentially eliminate disease from your mind, body, and spirit. This is important because once you understand the role you play in the creation of illness and disease; this is the first step to feeling better. In our culture, there is a medicinal mindset that symptoms can be cured quickly with prescriptions. However, many illnesses are the result of a long-standing habitual decline of health and require awareness, persistence, and responsibility to resolve.

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Q.I really noticed a change in my energy level recently. What’s causing this?

A.This is often times one of the most difficult complaints to manage because it’s typically very multi-factorial. Fatigue can result from internal diseases such as anemias, congestive heart failure, diabetes, but more often than not a common sense approach can typically unravel the potential causes of tiredness and fatigue. Think about things that you do and don’t do before bedtime. For example, are you on a caffeine roller coaster or drinking alcohol before bed? Are you going to bed too late? Are you under a great deal of stress that’s making you exhausted and choosing not to change things to improve this state? Are you eating a diet that is high in processed unhealthy products and poor nutritional quality foods? Try adopting healthier habits and see if your energy levels improve.

  • Q.I have chronic pain, but after several appointments, no one can find anything wrong with me. What should I do next?

A.Because pain is such an individual experience, it can be coming from so many different things. My recommendations for people with chronic pain who have not been helped by other practitioners it to assess their motivation in the recovery of their pain. If the motivation is there, many healthy options exist, including nutritional counseling and physical therapy, that can alleviate pain symptoms.

  • Q.It’s difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. What do you recommend?

A.Set a sleep schedule and stick to it , even on the weekends! Eliminate distractions in the bedroom, such as light and noise. Consider a sleep mask and ear plugs several times a week in order to assist in minimizing distractions. Get animals out of the bedroom. Make sure the temperature of your bedroom is consistent. Please exercise regularly but not within 2-3 hours of bedtime. Also consider whether you may have sleep apnea and seek professional help if this is a possibility.

  • Q.I know what to do to make myself look and feel better, but I’m having a hard time getting motivated. Where should I start?

A.It is important to remember when looking at our progress that success may be measured in very small moments in time.  Many times we look at the long-term goal without recognizing that each moment in our life is important and valuable.  When we make small mistakes, sometimes we allow these moments in time feel like they are the end-all and be-all of our success and then allow ourselves to convince ourselves that it’s okay if we stop trying to succeed because we seem to never get past these moments.

the universe”
